We are seeking a passionate and innovative Menswear Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of conceptualizing, curating, producing, and delivering menswear ranges for our vertical brands. Collaboration with the production team, close partnership with the menswear buyer, and a keen eye for market trends are essential to excel in this position.

You Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Take full ownership of the menswear range concept, from ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure adherence to critical paths and timely delivery of ranges.
  • Champion innovation in product development and assortment offering to drive brand growth.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the menswear buyer to create, deliver, and optimize ranges.
  • React swiftly to in-season trading opportunities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and participate in range reviews and product performance evaluations.

To be successful you will have the following:

  • Demonstrated cross-functional excellence in a fashion design or product development role.
  • A strategic go-to-market mindset with a clear vision for brand positioning and growth.
  • Current experience at a designer and/or product developer level within the apparel industry.
  • Proven track record in apparel design, with a keen understanding of menswear trends and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate trends into profitable product offerings.
  • Proficiency in identifying and interpreting key global trends relevant to the Glue Store customer base.
  • Keen eye for product, fabrics, and garment execution.
  • Strong supplier relationships, with the ability to negotiate and secure the best commercial outcomes for Glue.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to ensure Glue obtains the best products while maintaining high garment value.
